Spot the one line in your month-end pack with two sources and no owner, in 5 minutes. That line is your next reconciliation meeting.

Five minutes, five steps

Write the date the pack should go out, and the date it actually went out last month.
List the seven lines the board actually reads. Not the thirty nobody does.
Name one source for each line. If there is a second source, write it in the third column.
Name one owner for each line.
Any line with a second source or no owner is highlighted. That is your first fix.
